Group Fitness - Fall

Kick start your day and get your Ticket to Fitness now! Group Fitness and Group Power offers a variety of fitness classes to strengthen your body, mind and soul. You can pay at the door or purchase a punch card and receive a discounted price. Punch cards can be purchased in person at Recreation Park or the Administration Center. You can also fax or mail in your registration.

Water Exercise - Fall
Imagine an invigorating, effective workout without soreness, pain, and sweating...that's water exercise. All classes are set to music, with an extended aerobic workout and a relaxing cool down incorporating toning and stretching exercises. Participants do not need to know how to swim to enjoy and benefit from our energetic classes. Many water exercise instructors are AEA certified. Water exercise is offered in shallow and deep water. Deep-water exercise participants wear Hydro-Fit equipment. Call Olympic Indoor Swim Center for information at 847.577.3025
 
Water Exercise Guidelines
Yoga - Fall
Learn to release stress and add balance to your life through deep breathing and gentle stretches. The word "yoga" means "union". As we explore the connections between mind, body, and breath, you'll learn techniques to help you relax and reduce the stress that builds up during the week. Additional yoga benefits include: flexible joints, elongated muscles, and increased energy.
