Program Guide Delivery

Did you receive your Fall Program Guide? Delivery scheduled for July 24.

Independent Delivery Service (IDS), delivers the Program Guide to your door. Why chose a delivery service over bulk mailing through the Post Office?

There are several reasons:

• The benefit of the delivery service is to allow us to target delivery to Park District residents.
• The amount of time needed to deliver the guide through the delivery service is 1-3 days. Through the post office, the requirement for bulk mailing is 10-12 days.
• Because the service indicates delivery in three days, we can find out in a timely manner those households that did not receive a guide and redeliver.

You should have received your Fall Guide on Saturday, July 24. If not, please fill out the missed delivery form. Any submitted “missed delivery forms” received between Julyl 26-29, the guide will be re-delivered to your door by Independent Delivery Service by July 31(or sooner). 

Starting Monday, August 2 we will be unable to redeliver the program guide. Resident registration begins Friday, August 6 at 10 am.

The other options if you did not receive the guide: You can pick up one at any Park District facility, view the Fall Program Guide Online, or print the guide from a PDF file.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and still would like you to complete the missed delivery form so we can work with the service on the next delivery.

Non-Residents

Non-residents can obtain the program brochure at no cost on our Web site or by picking up a copy at a Park District Community Center or from the newspaper box outside the Administration Center's north entry. Subscriptions will be available for $10 for a one-year subscription. Your four issues will be mailed to you by first class postage. Register Online and use code number 9000-7.
