Welcome to the Arlington Heights Park District Program for Active Adults
Our goal is to fill your retirement years with fitness and fun! Whether you are fully retired, semi-retired, or still working, the Park District Active Adult Program at the Senior Center has something for everyone.
In addition to the Park District, seven agencies combine to produce a broad assortment of programming and services in the facility.
They include:
- Arlington Heights Memorial Library
- Catholic Charities Northwest Senior Services
- Community Nutrition Network
- Escorted Transportation Service Northwest
- Arlington Heights Nurses Club
- Northwest Community Hospital
- The Village of Arlington Heights.
The Senior Center earned the official status of National Accreditation in 2008
They accomplished this by meeting standards and adhering to policies/procedures of the National Institute of Senior Centers. Tours of the building are offered every Wednesday at 10 am.
