Cancellations for memberships paid monthly must be received by noon on the 25th of the month and will be effective for the following month
Memberships paid in full for the year can be frozen for up to 3 months (full calendar months only) in a 12-month period. Memberships paid monthly cannot be frozen. Freeze requests must be received by noon on the 25th of the month prior. If a member elects to cancel or freeze their membership, all future class reservations/registrations that require a membership will be canceled. Frozen memberships are considered invalid and future class reservations/registrations will not be available until the freeze has ended.
