Bids, RFPs and RFQs are published in local newspapers in compliance with local, state and federal laws. A summary of current project descriptions is listed below. The Park District also posts bids on DemandStar, a nationwide online marketplace that connects suppliers and contractors with government procurement projects. CLOSEDARC Addition and RenovationsScope of Project: An addition and renovation to the Arlington Ridge Center (ARC) to add a 6,150 sf, 2-story addition for new multipurpose room and fitness room. Also included are interior renovations to locker rooms, family changing shower and restrooms, and the main entrance vestibule.
