- Credit card must be saved on your account for any upgrades
- All memberships are a 12-month commitment
- Documentation will be required for move and medical/illness
- Memberships can only be changed one time in 12-month period
Cancellations for memberships paid monthly must be received by noon on the 25th of the month and will be effective for the following month - Memberships paid in full for the year can be frozen for up to 3 months (full calendar months only) in a 12-month period. Memberships paid monthly cannot be frozen. Freeze requests must be received by noon on the 25th of the month prior.
- If a member elects to cancel or freeze their membership, all future class reservations/registrations that require a membership will be canceled. Frozen memberships are considered invalid and future class reservations/registrations will not be available until the freeze has ended.
- All cancellations are subject to a $5 service fee.
