Summer 2025 Pool Pass Pricing

Good for admission to all six pools May 24 to September 1, 2025. Aqua Fitness classes are not included.

Pricing is Resident/Non-Resident.  The summer only pass is a one time fee and can be purchased online or in-person. Click the pass name to purchase on-line. Summer Pool Passes are Non-Refundable.

Family Passes

Family passes will be issued to: Two adults per family living at the same address. Children (17 years or younger) of either adult, living at the same address.

The following groups may be added at no extra charge to a family pass, but they have to be added to your pass by coming in and completing the add on in-person.

• Adults up to age 25 who are full-time students: a college ID is required in order to process pass registration form at time of purchase.

• Children who are dependents of married parents, but do not live in household year round (divorced parent who has child living with them certain times of the year, foster children, and foreign exchange students) must be listed on pool registration form at time of purchase.

2-Person Passes

2-Person Passes will be issued to: two individuals age 9 and up living at the same address.

Care Giver Passes

Perfect for your childcare provider, grandparents, etc.  One per household, purchased with any family Splash/Plus/Summer Pass.

• Annual R/NR Fees: $84/$110

• Summer Only R/NR Fees: $43/$59

Available for purchase in-person during regular business hours at Camelot and Pioneer Community Centers and the Arlington Ridge Center.

Caregivers will receive a picture pass (which must be presented when accompanying the child to the pool for admission). Call 847.577.3025 for more information.

Guest Passes

Bring your out of town guests to the pool with you! Residents may purchase a pack of 10 swim coupons for $90. Coupon books may be purchased during regular business hours at the Administration Center, Arlington Ridge Center, Camelot and Pioneer community centers. They are nonrefundable and must be used by December 2025.

Membership Cards

All  pass holders age 2 & up will need to have their picture taken to receive their membership card. This can be done at the Administration Center, ARC, Camelot or Pioneer Community Centers during office hours, which may differ from pool hours. You will need your physical card with your picture on it for admission to the pool.

Guest Services Desk Hours

ARC hours: Monday – Thursday 5:30 am to 9 pm, Friday 5:30 am to 8 pm, Saturday 5:30am to 7pm, and Sunday 6:30 am to 7pm.

Camelot and Pioneer hours: Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 12 noon.

Daily Admission

Daily admission fees apply unless you have a valid pass. Everyone entering the aquatic facility must pay the admission fee, regardless if you are swimming or not. Pool pass scans and daily paid admissions ensure we remain in compliance with strict bather loads set by the Illinois Department of Public Health. It also ensures that our staff can appropriately respond to all patron needs within the facility.

Morning Wading Fee(M-TH only): $5/$7 (R/NR)

Open Swim/Lap Swim Fee: $10/$15 (R/NR)

Does not include re-admission during the evening session

Evening Swim Fee: $7/$10 (R/NR)

Children Admission

  • Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by a responsible person age 14 or older.
  • Children under age 24 months are free. Anyone 2 years of age and older needs to pay the daily rate or present their membership card at the cashier desk.
  • The Illinois State Pool code requires that all children who are not toilet trained wear tight fitting rubber or plastic pants.
  • Only Huggies Little Swimmers, Pampers Splashers, or similar disposable diapers are acceptable when worn without rubber pants. Children not wearing rubber/plastic pants or a disposable swim diaper will not be allowed in the water.

Proof of Residency

  • Proof of Arlington Heights Park District residency must be shown to qualify for resident rates.  If you have a current on-line account and are a resident, your residency has already been verified.
  • If you are a first time resident user of our on-line system, you will need to come in person to have your residency verified. FAQ page for more information.
  • All users must show a valid pass or pay a daily fee.
  • Daily admission fees apply to adult lap swim times unless participant has a valid pool pass.
  • Everyone entering the pool must have a pool pass or have paid a daily fee, whether they are swimming or not. View children information below.
  • We do have reciprocal agreements with Rolling Meadows and Buffalo Grove for passes at resident rates. Those reciprocal passes must be purchased in person. See the guest services desk hours below.

Pool Rules

  • We want you to have a fun and safe time. Please be courteous and respectful to others. For your safety and enjoyment, we ask that you observe the following rules:
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children. Lifeguards are on duty to enforce rules and respond in case of emergency.
  • No one should swim alone.
  • Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible person 14 or older.
  • Patrons with special needs should make them known to staff so that they can provide assistance.
  • Only clean footwear, baby strollers, or wheelchairs are allowed in the pool area.
  • All apparel worn in the pool area should be clean and appropriate swimwear attire is required.
  • All children who are not toilet-trained must wear tight fitting disposable swim diapers.
  • Glass, soap or other material that might create hazardous conditions or interfere with efficient operation of the swimming facility shall not be permitted in the swimming facility or on the deck.
  • Littering is prohibited. Food, drink, gum and tobacco are allowed only in specifically designated and controlled sections of the pool area. Glass Containers are prohibited.
  • Metal objects, eyeglasses or jewelry are not permitted on the slides.
  • Flotation devices are not allowed in the pool, except for use during a Park District event.
  • Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose or otherwise introducing contaminants into the pool is not allowed.
  • Caution shall be exercised in the use of diving facilities.
  • Diving is only allowed in the diving well area off the diving boards. No diving in water less than 5′, except when allowed for competitive swimming and training.
  • Avoid swallowing pool water, it is not suitable for drinking.
  • A person under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting erratic behavior will not be admitted to the pool area.
  • A person with any contagious disease, infections or conditions such as colds, fever, ringworm, foot infections, skin lesions, carbuncles, boils, diarrhea, vomiting, inflamed eyes, ear discharges or any other condition which has the appearance of being infectious shall not be allowed to enter the pool. A person with excessive sunburn, abrasions
    that have not healed, corn plasters, bunion pads, adhesive tape, rubber bandages, or other bandages of any kind shall also be refused admittance.
  • Personal conduct within the swimming facility shall not jeopardize the safety of self and others. Running or boisterous or rough play, except supervised water sports, is not allowed.
  • All patrons are encouraged to take a shower before swimming.
  • Swimming is not allowed when lightning and thunder are present, including a 15-minute period after the last lightning or thunder observance.
  • The Park District is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Use caution, the facility contains wet conditions.
  • Portions of the pool may be closed at times at the discretion of management.
  • Additional rules may be added by management if deemed necessary.

Lifejackets

  • Only U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets may be used in Arlington Heights Park District pools.
  • Individuals wearing a lifejacket must be supervised by an adult in the pool within arms reach at all times.
  • Individuals using lifejackets are not permitted on drop slides, diving boards, or water deeper than 5 ft.
  • Lifejackets are not a substitute for appropriate swimming skills and/or adult supervision of children. Adult patrons and parents/guardians of minor patrons are solely responsible for determining that the lifejacket is the proper size and fit, and that they are properly adjusted and worn.
  •  A limited amount of lifejackets are available for check out at each pool. Please see the Pool Manager. 

Swimwear Guidelines

Appropriate swimwear attire is required.  The Park District reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person from the pool who is wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or which could detract from or diminish the experience of other guests.  This includes, without limitation, wearing transparent clothing and thong bikinis which may expose parts of one’s body in a manner likely to offend accepted standards of decency.   All patrons must shower before entering the pool and wear clean attire.

Pool Closing Policy

The following conditions may warrant closing of the pool.

  • Severe Weather: Staff will always proceed with caution for participant and staff safety.
  • Cool Weather/Low Attendance: If weather is cool, and/or attendance is low, the pool may close. If air temperature is less than 68 degrees a pool may close or not open. If less than 10 swimmers for an hour, the pool may close.
  • Fecal Accidents: Staff will follow rules established by the State of Illinois when determining how long the pool needs to be closed after a fecal or vomit accident.
  • Mechanical Problems.
