On April 8, 1969, the Arlington Heights Park District Board of Commissioners approved Ordinance No. 260, titled “An Ordinance Defining Misdemeanors and Providing Penalties for Such Misdemeanors.” This document outlines the rules and regulations of the Park District. Over the years, Ordinance 260 has undergone several amendments. The most recent amendment to Section 42 was passed by the Park Board of Commissioners on November 11, 2014.
