Please note, membership modifications may take 2-3 business days to process and there is a $50 cancellation fee if you are cancelling before your year commitment is up. If a member cancels their membership and resigns up, within one year of cancellation, a re-enrollment fee of $150 will be charged upon renewal. Memberships may be frozen with a doctor’s note.
